Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Chef Kalyani Graff prides herself on cooking fresh and delicious selections that will keep your mind, body and palette feeling inspired. From the young age of 8, she was creating dishes to share with her family, friends, and community.

Chef Kalyani went to design school in Los Angeles where she tasted everything she could and learned how to present a dish with dimension, color, and rich flavors. From travels to the South of France, Italy, Israel, Costa Rica, and India, Chef Kalyani draws inspiration from a vast range of diverse cuisines that will speak for themselves on your plate.

After years of cooking for private clients in San Francisco and at the Facebook headquarters in Palo Alto, in 2023 Chef Kalyani made the move to Detroit where she is bringing her expertise to some of her favorite people: Michiganders.
